Willamette Valley Internet (WVI) Account Agreement Terms and Conditions of Service The WVI network provides access via the Internet. WVI takes no responsibility for the information provided via the Internet. Some Internet services may contain information in the form of language or images that some people may find offensive or objectionable. WVI does not endorse such materials and disclaims any and all liability for their content Subscriber understands that Telecommunications surcharges (toll charges) are applicable to all on-line usage if the subscriber connects to the network from outside the Extended Area Service calling area. WVI may modify this agreement and the prices charged for the service, and may discontinue or revise any or all other aspects of the service at its sole discretion and without prior notice. As the subscriber to WVI services you may also terminate this agreement in person, by telephone, letter, or e-mail at any time. WVI reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate service to any subscriber at any time, including, but not limited to the following reasons: A. Illegal activities including but not limited to: 1. Activities relating to illegal drugs, gambling, prostitution, child pornography, fraud, obscenity, nuisance, robbery, transmitting computer viruses, software infringement, interference with contractual, civil, or criminal racketeering, infliction of emotional distress, trafficking of credit cards, or other crimes. 2. Defamation. 3. Copyright infringement. B. Abusive activities including but not limited to: 1. Running scripts or programs without system administrator approval. 2. Uploading viruses or other harmful programming or vandalism. 3. Using passwords not assigned by system administrator, impersonating others, or using other methods to trespass into non-public areas of the system or take system level privileges. 4. Using account for purposes other than for the type of service subscribed to. 5. Sending out unsolicited bulk email (SPAM). Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold WVI harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, related to subscriber's violation of the service agreement, including these rules or any information, software, or other content placed on or received from the service or through the Internet by the subscriber. Multiple members of the same household may share a single User ID or address, however, only one person is authorized to access the service at any given time on one User ID or account. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriber's right to use the service or to designate users is not transferable and is subject to any limits established by WVI. Subscriber is responsible for and must provide all telephone and other equipment and services to access the service. Upon request, WVI will provide the subscriber a software starter kit allowing the subscriber to access the Internet. Within 30 days of installation of the starter kit, subscriber agrees to register the software applications as may be required by the software vendor. Subscriber shall pay, in accordance with the provisions of the account type selected, all monthly fees, connection charges, usage fees, minimum charges and other charges incurred by the subscriber or its designated users, at the rates in effect for the billing period in which those charges are incurred. Charges for any purchases made through the services provided by WVI are the sole responsibility of the subscriber including surcharges incurred while using any supplemental networks or services accessed through their WVI connection. Subscriber shall be responsible for all use of the service accessed through subscribers designated account number and/or password. Subscriber account payment is due in advance for the period of time which service is given. If payment is not received within 15 days of the beginning of the service period the subscriber account will be temporarily disabled without notice. In the event payment is still not received within 30 days the subscriber account will be permanently disabled. A fee of $10 will be required to reactivate a permanently disabled account. Activation fees are non-refundable. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks. Prices can change without notice as determined by Willamette Valley Internet, LLC. Subscriber expressly agrees that use of the service is at Subscriber's sole risk. Neither WVI nor any of its employees or agents warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does WVI nor any of its employees or agents make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the service. The service is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. Neither WVI nor any of its employees or agents nor anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering the service shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. Subscriber expressly acknowledges that the provision of this paragraph shall also apply to the third party content. This agreement is, and shall be, governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon applicable to agreements, made and performed in Oregon. Any cause of action of the subscriber or its designated users with respect to the service must be instituted within one year after the claim or cause of action has arisen or be barred. 1. Search Register.com for Domain name you are interested in:
   
   Payment by credit card is the only acceptable method of payment according to recent industry regulations. Be sure the address for your billing profile and credit card information match, otherwise Register.com will NOT be able to process your transaction.
   
   Register.com now offers the opportunity to register your domain name for a 1, 2, 5, or 10 year term. If you do not change your registration term, the registration will default to 2 years.
   
   
2. Pay Register.com $70.00 to register the domain name for the first two years. Then $35.00 annually after that.
   
   
3. WVI will send you an invoice for $50.00. This is a one time non-refundable parking/setup fee.
